When Grayco Partners acquired 30 acres in East Austin, they hired L&P to create a brand for a mixed use master redevelopment plan. Through market research, we identified the #1 hesitation for future residents was perception of the location.

STRATEGY
L&P created an interactive program to create awareness and increase early acceptance of the project by the target market.

RESULTS
First, we created a unique identity for this property. Next, we built a custom, interactive website that established South Shore District as the next generation of fun, vibrant living in East Austin. Working in tandem with the website was a comprehensive online social media plan that helped to garner interest, build brand awareness, and create an online community. Unexpected and eye catching perimeter signage along the main thoroughfare greeted the neighborhood and directed prospects to the Leasing Office. Upon arrival at South Shore District, is a one-of-a-kind Leasing Office which was envisioned, designed, executed and installed by L&P. The leasing brochure is an editorial look at life on the lake and life on the shore.
